Fourth DCA   Historical Society

Who Are We?

The Fourth District Court of Appeal Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization celebrating the history of the Fourth District Court of Appeal in Florida.  The Society assists the Court with celebrating milestones in the Court's history.  The Society is neither part of the judicial branch of the state of Florida, nor is it owned or controlled by the Fourth District Court of Appeal.


  • The new Fourth DCA Courthouse opened on January 5, 2018 with a grand opening ceremony.  Click here to see photos.

We invite you to become an inaugural member of the Fourth DCA Historical Society.  The Society plans on hosting several events in addition to the upcoming Wine & Cheese Reception.  As a member, you will learn firsthand about these events and have the opportunity to register at a discounted member rate. Inaugural members will also be listed on a document that will be placed in a time capsule to be buried at the Court's new building in early 2018.
